What is Responsive Web Design?

Responsive Web Design means designing web pages so that users have a good experience, regardless of the size of their viewing device. Bootstrap is a very popular Responsive Design CSS framework that is used by many web developers today. This page explains the basic techniques that you can use to create responsive web sites (probably the same techniques used by Bootstrap). At the end of this page is a link to the Bootstrap CSS framework (which provides responsive design).
